Rubber

It is an elastic polymer(Elastomer) mainly used to prepare closures for pareneral vials, cartridges and bottles.

Composition of Rubber:

Ingredients : Purpose
Rubber : Elastomer
Sulfur : Vulcanizer
BaSO3/ZnO/CaCO3/Carbon black : Filler
ZnO/ Stearic Acid : Activator
2-Mercapto Benzothiazole : Accelerator
Stearic acid : Lubricant
Phenyl Beta-Naphthylamine : Antioxidant
Titanium Dioxide : Colourant
