    WE CAN USE ISOELECTRIC PH TO EXTRACT OUT OR ESTIMATE THE PERTICULAR PRODUCT....OR WE CAN GET BANDS JUST SHOWN IN THE PICTURE...

    Yes, we can estimate quantity by density of emission.
